Planning a personalised acrylic trophy
A few practical choices make a custom award easier to design, quote and make: the wording, the material, the deadline and how it will be displayed.
A good award starts with a clear reason for giving it. A poker night prize, a club milestone and a team recognition piece can all use acrylic, but the details that matter to the recipient are different.
Start with the words
Send the exact name, event, date and any short message you want engraved. Check the spelling before approving the artwork. If you have a club logo, share the clearest file you have and let us know whether you have permission to use it.
Choose the look and size
Acrylic can give an award a crisp, layered look. Clear, black, white, blue and gold mirror elements each create a different effect. Tell us where the trophy will sit and whether it needs a base, so we can discuss a size and layout that make sense for the display space.
Share your deadline early
Custom artwork, material preparation and finishing all take time. Include the date you need the award when you enquire, along with the quantity and any reference image. We can then confirm what is practical before you commit.
If you have a rough sketch or only an idea, that is enough to start a conversation. We will discuss the design, provide a quote and show you a proof for approval before making the piece.
